The goods (freight) building rail-side. At some time in the past the siding serving it has been replaced by the poured concrete platform extension.

The street frontage of the goods (freight). Although I cannot admit to having inspected in great detail every station on the Algarve Railway the goods building here looks typical of those along the line.

An afternoon service departs for Vila Real de Santo António.

Locomotive 1425 and a three coach eastbound train cross the EN125 just east of the station.  Now that a motorway has been built to the north of the towns this level (grade) crossing does not cause nearly as much disturbance to road traffic as it used to.
